Kim Vu Vietnamese Cuisine has been serving Fort Wayne bowls of pho, bun bo hue, and fresh spring rolls made from scratch. It's the kind of place regulars say the owner starts remembering your order by your third visit.
Everything is cooked to order in a small dining room off Dupont Road, behind Casa Grille. Egg rolls, noodle soups, rice plates, sandwiches, smoothies and bubble tea are all on one printed menu board by the counter.
